The venue was well presented, I loved the location, Close to Harrods, an oasis of calm and London's most popular shopping areas, and city views. Competent and highly trained staff. Everything was superb. the beds were very clean and the double room itself was spotless and huge. the location was best possible, just next door to Victoria and Albert Museum. the service was very good. the food was good. My parking was nearby.

The room had a nice fireplace and vibrant decor which created a friendly atmosphere, and we really enjoyed our stay there. the bathroom was equipped with a shower, a hairdryer, and cozy terry robes.

We stayed here for 1 day and would like to return on our next trip; it's a cozy and quite clean place with a fantastic and very convenient location near the station.

I had a memorable experience here, everything was awesome, the location was super right by Piccadilly, Harvey Nichols and tube stations, Harvey Nicholls, Harrods, a supermarket & restaurants. Greatly enjoyed the queen room I had with delicious strawberries as well as frenetic decor.

Well, it was a very nice stay with a lovely service and a relaxing accommodation. The breakfast offered a great selection of delicious meals.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very nice and polite. The room service cleaning was superb, with the room being cleaned twice in one day! The bathroom and toiletry were fabulous, and I really enjoyed the shower. The location of the hotel was excellent, being close to stores and restaurants, as well as being a stone's throw from a train station. The breakfast options were great, with a nice choice of a la carte orders and a delicious buffet featuring super nice granola and fresh fruits. The staff throughout my stay were excellent and made me feel at home.
